University of Wah Science Society, in collaboration with Department of Physics, organized the “Renowned Scientist Talk” for the year 2024-25 session, titled “Empowering Minds, Enriching Futures: Quantum Education for All,” featuring the distinguished Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed (T.I.) as the keynote speaker on 19 November 2024. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed, a PhD graduate from the University of Idaho, USA, and former Vice Chancellor of Gomal University and Abbottabad University captivated the audience with his thought-provoking lecture on the significance of quantum education in shaping future scientific endeavors. His talk offered valuable insights into the world of quantum mechanics and its interdisciplinary applications, inspiring both students and faculty.

The event concluded with Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi presenting a commemorative souvenir to Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed in recognition of his exceptional contribution to the field of science and education. In addition to the lecture, Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed also visited the University of Wah Lab Complex, where he engaged with faculty and students, further emphasizing the importance of fostering scientific curiosity and collaboration.
