Department of Sociology, University of Wah, organized a one-day workshop titled "From Concept to Masterpiece: A Step-by-Step Guide to Writing a Thesis" on 15 May 2025. The workshop was designed to offer comprehensive support and guidance to final-year students in developing a well-structured and high-quality thesis, covering each stage of the writing process- from conceptualization to final submission.
Dr. Jamil Ahmed Sheikh, Chairperson, Department of Sociology, was the resource person for the event, delivering an insightful and engaging session. He addressed essential components of academic research, including literature review, research methodology, data analysis, and formatting techniques. The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging, asking questions, and discussing common challenges faced during thesis development. At the end, certificates of participation were presented to the participants.
