University of Wah Library proudly featured "Down to Earth Sociology" by James M. Henslin as part of its Book of the Month series, aiming to foster intellectual curiosity and academic excellence in May 2024. Dr. Jameel Ahmad Sheikh, Chairperson, Department of Sociology-UW, led four engaging sessions, bringing to life the book's exploration of societal structures, cultural norms, and human behavior. Dr. Sheikh's insightful discussions made complex sociological concepts accessible and relevant, inspiring participants to view the world through a sociological lens.
