Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Wah, to provide students global academic exposure, organized a foreign faculty lecture titled “Understanding Cost of Capital: Key Concepts and Types” on 19 June 2025, featuring Dr. Faiza Saleem, Senior Lecturer at the Graduate Business School, Universiti Sains Malaysia, as the guest speaker.
The lecture, organized by Dr. Farhan Shahzad, lecturer, Department of Management Sciences, covered essential financial concepts, including the cost of equity, the cost of debt, and the weighted average cost of capital (WACC). The session, attended by business students, offered valuable insights into financial decision-making and capital structure planning.
