Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC)-UW, to enhance teachers' skills in managing classrooms effectively and fostering an engaging learning environment, organized an "Effective Classroom Management Techniques" seminar on 21 August 2024. Dr. Saleem Iqbal, Chairperson, Department of Chemical Engineering, Wah Engineering College, shared his extensive expertise on advanced classroom management strategies. He provided valuable insights into practical methods for improving student engagement, reducing disruptions, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Faculty members from UW and WEC departments actively participated in discussions. This practical exploration of innovative methods was a key aspect of the seminar, demonstrating its value in enhancing educators' skills. Dr. Shaukat Ali, Director ORIC, thanked the resource person and the attendees for their enthusiastic involvement in making the seminar successful.
