UW Sports Society, with the guidance of Directorate of Student Affairs, organized the Girls Pink Cricket Tournament from 15-16 January 2025. Eight teams competed in the event to raise awareness about breast cancer and support the Pink Ribbon campaign. The final match, held on 16 January 2025, featured an exciting face-off between Department of Chemistry and Department of English. Department of English emerged victorious with enthusiastic support from students & faculty, demonstrated exceptional teamwork and skill. The tournament not only showcased the athletic talents of the participants but also fostered a strong sense of community and solidarity for an important cause.
