University of Wah FM 101.8 radio had the honour of featuring Mr. Noor Zaman, Under-23 World Squash Champion and grandson of squash legend Mr. Qamar Zaman, in its Guest Podcast Series on 11 July 2025. During the interview with Mr. Umar Hayat Khan, Station Manager, UWFM 101.8, Mr. Zaman reflected on his professional journey, highlighting significant achievements such as winning a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games, securing gold in the Asian Junior Championship, and claiming three PSA titles during the 2024-25 season. He also spoke about the challenges and pride of representing Pakistan on international platforms, particularly in high-pressure matches against India. Addressing aspiring athletes, he stressed the importance of discipline, perseverance, and self-belief, regardless of background or resources. He concluded with his vision of breaking into the world’s top 10 rankings and continuing to raise Pakistan’s flag on the global stage.
