It is a diverse discipline grounded in science, but with nearly boundless applications in everyday life.
The Department of Psychology provides quality education in BS (HONS) degree program in a congenial environment by challenging and supporting individual and personal development, teaching from a knowledge-based ground in clinical research and providing professional clinical internship facilities. Our Alumni are competent, proactive professional counselors, knowledgeable, ethical, and skilled in their selected fields, flexible and comprehensive in their approach adaptable to the needs of people they serve.
Curriculum of the offered programs is structured to educate students about core areas in psychology and emphasizes scientific theory, terminology, research methodology, and discovery and findings in psychological science. It focuses especially on research training and offers graduate coursework, thesis credits and individualized clinical training to the students through internships in various approved hospitals.
