Students from Psychology Department-UW organized an event titled “Strategies of HR in Organizational Behavior” on 22 January 2025. The event aimed to enhance skills in effective communication, conflict management, and diversity within organizational settings. Students showcased their abilities by arranging various stalls featuring edibles, flowers, and stress management games, providing practical experience applying organizational behavior concepts. Faculty members and students visited the stalls and appreciated the effort. The event was effectively helpful in bridging academic theory with practical application, significantly enhancing students' professional and personal development through hands-on experience.
