Department of Management Sciences, University of Wah, organized a study tour for BBA 8 students to KIMS Food at Industrial Estate Hattar, KPK. The visit, coordinated by Dr. Sumia Mumtaz, lecturer, Department of Management Sciences, aimed to provide students with practical insights into key business operations.
Students explored manufacturing processes, quality control, and logistics management, gaining firsthand exposure to how theoretical concepts are applied in real-world settings. The HR department at KIMS Foods introduced students to recruitment practices, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and workplace safety. The marketing team briefed the students on branding, market positioning, and promotional strategies, offering a comprehensive overview of how the company builds and sustains its market presence.
