University of Wah convened its 2nd Institutional Quality Circle (IQC) Meeting on 27 March 2025. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi, Vice Chancellor, University of Wah, and attended by all IQC members, including Deans, Director Academics, Director Quality Assurance & Enhancement (QA&E), and two student representatives.
During the session, Dr. Shaukat Ali, Director, QA&E-UW, presented a detailed overview of the progress and activities undertaken by the Directorate of QA&E. The discussion emphasized the crucial role of the IQC in monitoring and enhancing institutional and academic quality by global best practices. The Institutional Quality Circle (IQC) is a fundamental requirement of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) under the New PSG-2023 framework. It ensures that universities uphold and continuously improve quality standards across all academic and administrative domains.
The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of UW’s commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that the university remains at the forefront of academic and institutional quality.
