Department of Islamic Studies organized a seminar titled "Finality of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)" on 16 January 2025. The keynote speaker, Ch. Hassan, Seerah Ambassador and Head Speaker, along with visitors from the Shubban Educational Forum (SEF) Lahore, addressed the audience. He emphasized the concept of Khatam an-Nabiyyin (خاتم النبيين), or "Seal of the Prophets", a cornerstone of Islamic belief. The speaker elaborated on the Quranic declaration of the finality of prophethood, stating that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is not the father of any of his men but the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets. He stressed the importance of preserving and spreading these teachings to guide humanity.
The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, where attendees engaged with the speaker for further insights. Dr. Musarrat Malik, Chairperson, Department of Islamic Studies, presented a certificate of appreciation to Ch. Hassan for his enlightening address.
